Job Summary
The Manager, Luxury/Resort Onboarding and Relationship Management role is responsible for onboarding and relationship management activities in support of Luxury and Resort hotels who participate in the CEC Property Support Services program. This position will support properties in their interactions with the Customer Engagement Centers (CEC). The Manager, Luxury/Resort Onboarding and Relationship Management will support the property in all aspects of the onboarding process. Once hotels are onboarded, this role will conduct monthly performance calls with their properties, and through those conversations will identify opportunities and successes that can be shared with leaders in CEC Property Support Services and CEC Operations to continually improve the services that the CECs provide to properties and their guests.

Education and Experience
  • Four-year College/University Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent is preferred;
  • Two or more year’s call center or hotel reservation experience

Core Work Activities
Client Relations
  • Conducts conversations with properties interested in CEC PSS participation.
  • Shares detail on services provided by the CEC, provides pricing information and onboarding timelines, answers property questions, and obtains participation agreement.
  • Guides new participating properties through the onboarding process and ensures all onboarding activities are completed successfully.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with property contacts, and acts as voice of properties within CEC.
  • Guides properties through CEC processes and answers questions about services that CEC provides.
  • Ensures timely resolution of complaints, concerns, or issues raised by participating properties.
  • Stays informed of overall Luxury/Resort trends and potential impacts to their properties. Answers questions related to hotel’s reporting/dashboard and supports hotels in developing solutions to performance issues.
  • Educates hotels on how to maintain property content in systems and knowledge management tools used by CEC associates.
  • Assists with coordination and communication between hotels and CECs during unanticipated property or CEC emergency situations.

Communication
  • Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Speaks to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
  • Prepares and reviews written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Talks with and listens to other employees to effectively exchange information.

Working with Others
  • Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with other employees and properties.
  • Handles sensitive issues with properties with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Supports properties their interactions with CEC.
