Responsible for planning and delivery of transactional HR services for the project, monitoring service levels with respect to quality and timelines; and initiating/supporting process improvements with the objective of delivering high quality and timely HR services to the organisation in line with the existing service level agreements

Key Accountabilities:
1) Implementation of HR Policies & Practices

Understand the LAIO HR Policies and practices defined by the corporate HR function and the organisation’s overall talent strategy

Communicate and implement current policies/practices, policy changes and new HR initiatives at project level; Seek support from HO

2) HR Operations

Maintained master data fields on HRIS System for Project Staff & Workers

Ensure data is accurately captured in the information system (HRIS)

Ensure Data entry of scanned forms / update leave balance report on a weekly basis.

3) Data Management

Respond to all incoming requests and queries (through calls or emails) by demonstrating a high level of efficiency and professionalism

4) General Administration

Work closely with Project Senior HR Executive on all HR –related matters for all employees

5) Overtime Calculation

Verify workers’ timecard declared by workers to ensure compliance to MOM regulations

Tabulating and calculation of monthly over time hours

6) Office Support

Assist on day to day office support such as organizing meetings, procurement and maintain stationary and office supplies

To liaise with vendor, subcontractors and members of other departments is if necessary to complete a task

Provide word processing, emails, spreadsheets, presentations, typing and other administrative support as required

7) Leave Management

Administer employees annual leave and sick leave to ensure leave records are accurately maintained

Maintain leave files and follow-up leave applications as required

Update leave spreadsheet and HRIS leave page for all project employees

8) Training & Development

Collate PDR results and identify training needs of individuals in line with the same

Create training calendar for each project and share with the Project Manager and concerned department heads

Track completion of training programmes for (staffs & workers) vis-é-vis the training calendar; Follow-up with respective project teams and escalate to Project Manager, if required
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Ability to multitask and accommodate fast paced environment

Preferably experience in construction site environment
