To manage all incoming/outgoing calls going through the main line in a prompt and efficient manner.

To co-ordinate, manage and ensure optimal usage of meeting room bookings.

Coordinating of company vehicles for servicing and repairs.
Handle staffs correspondences regarding expenses claims.
To provide administrative support to the design & HR team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner.
To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties for design & general office.
Assist in executing company events.
Coordinate the maintenance of office equipments Computers, Software, Cameras and Lasers.
Maintain proper stationeries record and replenish stationeries including printer toners and papers.
Responsible ordering for name card, payment voucher, letter head, stamp, uniform..etc..
Assist with IT support for Office.
Responsible for proper filing of documents in department.
Responsible verify invoice & match with PO when open letter box
Issue purchase order using accounting system.
Any other general administratives and cletical duties.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level / Diploma / Degree in Business Management/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Business management or equivalent.
Other Information: Working 5 days week
